An outgoing deshi girl vs. a shy NRI! Usually, going by Bollywood, it is a great mismatch but director Aanand L. Rai knows how to get the game going, without any fouls. TWM is an uncomplicated romantic comedy, a cool absorbing story of two dramatically different protagonists, who fall in love in conditions when they must not. Of late by nature, the amazing romance may join the league of outdated love lilies like Jab We Met, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Namastey London and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, but it certainly has its own identity, neither inspired nor copy pasted. To be precise, it’s the old good wine served in a new bright bottle. You taste it and you love it!
Considering everything good, we say you must watch Tanu Weds Manu because such family entertainers are made often, but not this brilliant way!
